Control and energy efficiency

An intelligent building implies not only modern and performant systems but also an interworking between the systems, an ability to respond in an integrated and flexible way to data and commands.
The elements of the automation system must communicate through a common language in order to give the user the comfort and safety that is needed. The KNX standard provides an integrated platform that allows grouping of various utilities in order to obtain flexible solutions that are energy efficient, easy to plan, install and operate.

Keypads -digital switches that provide local control in each room. By keypads you can program individual functions or complex scenes depending on the customer needs. Their varied design, from modern to classic, offers the suitable option for any space.


Sensors -movement, presence, temperature, humidity or CO2 are equipment that, integrated in the KNX system, increase its functionality and its capacity to fulfill complex scenarios in certain situations (eg. control of ventilation system with fresh air).


Panels -displays that facilitate viewing, monitoring and controlling of the automation systems. With a special design, they are available in a variety of shapes, colors and textures of the frames or display sizes, which allow integration into any building design.


Actuators – elements of command and control of the light circuits (On/Off, Dimmer/LED Driver), shading systems (Blinds/Rollers) or air conditioning systems (fan coils, radiators).


Servers – complex modules that communicate with all controll equipment in the building. They can make 3D/2D views of the building, complex scenarios and logics, systems prioritizations and transmission of installations failure by e-mail.


Meters – the advantages of KNX meters compared to the conventional ones are the recording of consumption logs, ensuring the possibility for the user to periodically generate consumption graphs/reports, indicating abnormal consumption or reporting of peak loads.


Interfaces – components of bidirectional communication between KNX equipment and related systems. For example, Zennio KLIC-DI and IRSC are interfaces for controlling air conditioning systems and RTI makes audio-video equipment integration in one easy to use graphical interface.
